Як це працює

Процес друку починається з поділу цифрової 3D-моделі виробу на шари товщиною від 20 до 100 мкм з метою створення 2D-зображення кожного шару виробу. Галузевим стандартним форматом є STL-файл. Цей файл надходить у спеціальне машинне програмне забезпечення, де відбувається аналіз інформації та її порівняння з технічними можливостями машини.

На основі отриманих даних запускається виробничий цикл побудови, що складається з безлічі циклів побудови окремих шарів виробу.

Цикл побудови шару складається з типових операцій:

  • нанесення шару порошку заданої товщини (20-100 мкм) на плиту побудови, закріплену на платформі побудови, що підігрівається;
  • сканування променем лазера перерізу шару виробу;
  • опускання платформи вглиб колодязя побудови на величину, що відповідає товщині шару побудови.

Процес побудови виробів відбувається в камері SLM машини, заповненої інертним газом аргон або азот (залежно від типу порошку, з якого відбувається побудова), при ламінарному його перебігу. Основна витрата інертного газу відбувається на початку роботи, під час продування камери побудови, коли з неї повністю видаляється повітря (допустимий вміст кисню менше 0,15%).

Після побудови виріб разом з плитою витягується з камери SLM машини, після чого виріб відокремлюється від плити механічним способом. Від побудованого виробу видаляються підтримки, проводиться фінішна обробка виробленого виробу.
